Gachsar tulip garden

The Gachsar tulip garden is located in the village of Garmāb Bakhsh Āsārā (Alborz region) and on the Karaj-Chālus road, it dates back more than half a century and was built in the year 1360 of the solar Hijra.

This very beautiful complex with an area of ​​one hectare, has several species of tulips from all over the world. This paradise of colors every year in the month of ordibehesht (21 Aprile-21 Maggio), on the occasion of an interesting festival, hosts a large number of local and foreign tourists.

In conjunction with the inauguration of the tulip garden, setting up an exhibition of books, pavilions with flowers and plants, handicrafts and local vegetables is one of the attractions of this festival in the outdoor space of the garden.

It is good to know that in Iran there are 19 species of tulips and each of them is charming and noteworthy.
