The Caravanserai of Shah Abbas

belongs to the Safavid period and is located in the center of the city of Karaj. Stones, bricks, wood, straw and clay are the materials used for the construction of this building which, the 22 Farvardin 1356, has been included in the list of Iran's national monuments.
