The Pahlavan Cave.
The Pahlavan Cave is located at the foot of Mount Shahskuh, near the village of Estand, known for its various features and attractions, including a centuries-old cypress tree, Mullah Akhund's mausoleum. The Pahlavan cave, of course, is one of the main attractions of the area: it extends for more than 50 m into the depths of the earth and has two entrances, one narrower and one very wide. Inside you can admire the remains of tools, bricks and ceramics destined for various uses. Unfortunately, over time, many artifacts have been lost or taken away by visitors and / or vandals, however the cave still remains one of the most important testimonies of the country's pre-Islamic era. Probably the cave was also used in more recent periods, perhaps as a defensive place for the Ismaili.
