The thermal spring of the Prophet Job (Ayoub Payambar).
The thermal spring of the Prophet Job (Ayoub Payambar) is so called in reference to the Koranic episode that sees Job as the protagonist: he was very rich, had a large family, possessions and animals with which he could support himself. Allah, to test his faith, took away all his children and animals, destroyed his lands and caused him a painful skin disease. Despite the misfortunes that befell him, Job continued for years to be grateful and praise Allah. Finally, after years of suffering, God turned to him and said, "Stamp your foot on the ground!"
Job obeyed and from where he hit the ground, water began to gush with which he could refresh himself. Allah, having proved his faith, gave him back his family and relieved him of all diseases.
The Ayoub Peyghambar spring is located 86 km north of the capital Bojnurd, in the Gifan district. It is fed by numerous springs of water at about 36 degrees. The flow of the springs collects in a 459 square meter pool about 5 meters deep! The source is still used today for the properties of its water, especially beneficial for skin disorders and welcomes many visitors from all over the country every year, as well as being a meeting place for the inhabitants of the area.
Spring and summer are the best seasons for a visit.
