The Persian New Year In Rome
The Persian New Year ceremony took place on Saturday 23 March at the headquarters of the Order of Architects of Rome and Province (Roman Aquarium) with great success.
The welcome from the Iranian community residing in Rome and the passionate Italians was unprecedented and from the first hours the room that hosted the ceremony remained full.
After the greetings and thanks Ali Shams; the Iranian director with his show started the party and recited Shahnameh's poems of the Persian poet Sommer Ferdowsi and soon after the Toranj group with traditional Persian music continued the program. The tasting of the dishes brought the ceremony to an end.
Before the ceremony, the conference was held at the same venue that dealt with Iranian contemporary architecture as the topic in the presence of the Vice Mayor of Tehran Dr. Golpayegani and valid Iranian architects who presented their innovative projects to the public and professionals.
