Ingredients for people 4

• 1 large fish fillet from soda meat or 4 small fillets (perch, salmon, sword, St. Peter's)
• 2 cloves of garlic
• Salt
• Pepper
• Lemon juice (at least ½ cup)
• 2 tablespoons of sumac (somoq) in powder form
• Oil

Preparation

Wash the fillets, dry them and rub them all over with salt, pepper and garlic. Arrange them in a bowl and sprinkle them with lemon juice. Sprinkle them with the sumac powder until they are completely covered and leave them to marinate covered in the refrigerator for a few hours. Before cooking them on the barbecue (or possibly in the oven at 260 ° C in grill mode), pour some oil over them and cook them on both sides. Serve with saffron white rice.
