ROSE WATER (GOL AB)
It is perhaps among the most characteristic and typical aromas of Iran, widely used in pastry; it is extracted in the cities of Qamsar and Naisar, near Kashan, with ancient procedures. The food type is sold in the food of Iranian products and if kept cool it retains its aroma even for years. It is an essence used to flavor syrups, sweets and puddings; sometimes
it is combined with orange blossom water with a more fruity and intense aroma.
