INGREDIENTS
• 1 kg of quince
• 1 kg of granulated sugar
• 4 cardamom seeds
• 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
PREPARATION
Dissolve the sugar in 3 glasses of cold water. Peel and cut the quinces into pieces or segments, put them in the sugar syrup and mix by placing them on the stove at low heat and cooking them slowly until they are cooked (but always completely whole). Halfway through cooking add the cardamom seeds and towards the end the lemon juice. Bottle cold covering the apples with their syrup.
