Fereni - Cardamom rice cream

INGREDIENTS FOR PEOPLE 4

• 100 g of rice flour
• 100 g of sugar
• 3 cardamom seeds (optional)
• Rose water (2 optional spoons)

PREPARATION
Heat the milk in a saucepan, slowly add the rice flour and sugar. Flavored with cardamom seeds and / or rose water if you like. Continue to cook, stirring until the flour is well cooked and the Fereni begins to thicken. Pour into individual bowls and serve hot or cold garnished with ground cinnamon and finely chopped almonds or pistachios.
