• 1 glass of whole yogurt
• 1 scant glass of cold water (still or slightly carbonated)
• A few ice cubes
• Salt
• Dried mint and possibly fresh mint to garnish
Blend all the ingredients for a few minutes in a common blender until the mixture is homogeneous and frothy.
Serve in tall-rimmed glasses with a fresh mint leaf. This drink is great for refreshing and quenching your thirst during the summer, and goes very well with traditional chelo kabab and fried food.
