Borani and labu
INGREDIENTS FOR PEOPLE 4
• 2 large steamed red beets (for convenience you can opt for those already commercially available and vacuum packed)
• 480 mi of plain, thick, whole yogurt
• 1 pinch of sugar
• 1 clove of garlic well crushed
• 1 teaspoon of dried mint
PREPARATION
Cut the beets into small pieces or if you prefer to obtain a creamy consistency with the sauce, mash them with a fork or an immersion mixer. Mix them with yogurt and other ingredients. Serve immediately, as this sauce changes color and loses consistency over time.
