PART TWELVE - Radio-Television
Freedom of speech and thought must be guaranteed on the Radio-Television of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in accordance with Islamic principles and the interests of the country. The appointment and dismissal of the President of the Radio-Television of the Islamic Republic of Iran is the responsibility of the Supreme Leader. A council composed of the representatives of the President of the Republic, the President of the Judicial Body and the Islamic Assembly45 will supervise the activities of Radio-Television. The law establishes the methods of management and supervision of this activity.
