PART TWELFTH - Radio-Television
The Radio-Television of the Islamic Republic of Iran must be guaranteed freedom of speech and thought, in accordance with Islamic principles and the interests of the country. The appointment and dismissal of the President of the Radio-Television of the Islamic Republic of Iran is the responsibility of the Supreme Leader. A council composed of representatives of the President of the Republic, the President of the Judicial and the Islamic Assembly45 will supervise the activities of Radio-Television. The law establishes the modalities of management and supervision of this activity.
