The international campaign “The Magnificent Civilization” with the awards.
We are pleased to announce that the deadline to participate in the international campaign is now “The Magnificent Civilization” it has been officially extended.
The initiative invites Iranologists, university professors, scholars, thinkers, writers, and all enthusiasts to submit articles, essays, or short notes on the "X" platform (Twitter) to make the world aware of the many dimensions and richness of Iranian civilization. Contributions can be written in Persian, English, Arabic and Italian languages and aim to offer a dignified and authentic image of this ancient civilization, in response to recent threats to Iran's cultural heritage.
Iranian civilization is not an ephemeral legacy that can be erased overnight: it is a millennia-old history that continues to resist with strength.
Main themes of the works:
Participants are invited to develop their contributions around the following thematic axes:
Ancient roots and continuity: The history of Iranian civilization with particular attention to the contemporary era.
Scientific and artistic achievements: Introduction to Iranian inventions and innovations in medicine, astronomy, mathematics, architecture, and art.
Iran and the flowering of Islamic civilization: The pivotal role of Iranian scientists (such as Farabi, Avicenna, Biruni, Khayyam, etc.) in the elevation of global civilization.
Resilience and recovery capacity: Analysis of the strength of Iranian civilization in overcoming historical crises.
Spiritual Heritage: The concepts of justice, tolerance, and dialogue within Iranian culture.
Iran today: The continuing dynamism and inspiring force of Iranian civilization in the modern era.
The role of Iranian scientists: Their contribution to the construction of world civilization.
