Best wishes for the great feast of Ghadir

Shiite Muslims celebrate Eid al-Ghadir tomorrow.

“Today I have made your religion perfect, I have completed My grace for you and I liked to give you Islam as your religion”. (Holy Quran, 5: 3)

Shia Muslims around the world celebrate Eid al-Ghadir tomorrow, which marks the day the Prophet of Islam appointed Ali ibn Abi Talib the first Shia Imam as his successor and future leader of the Muslims. The Prophet Mohammad (May God bless him and his family) announced his appointment upon returning from his last Hajj pilgrimage fourteen centuries ago.
Eid al-Ghadir comes eight days after another great holiday, called Eid al-Adha or the Feast of the Sacrifice an important festival in the Islamic calendar that marks the culmination of the annual Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca and Medina.
The Cultural Institute of Iran wishes a happy Eid al-Ghadir to all Muslims.
