The Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is an expression of the cultural, social, political and economic foundations of Iranian society, is based on the principles and norms of Islam, in accordance with the authentic aspirations of the Islamic community. This fundamental aspiration manifested itself in the nature of the great Islamic Revolution of Iran and in the course of the struggles of the Muslim people which, from the beginning up to victory, expressed it in the explicit and firm slogans of all social groups. Now, at the dawn of this great victory, our people are looking for complete fulfillment with all their strength.
